How a quote adds up
A shopping bag left at a store in Myeongdong, picked up and handed to you at your hotel lobby on a weekday afternoon.
We take a taxi deposit up front. If the fare comes in lower, the difference is refunded.

How much of the service fee comes back depends on whether we had already set off.

Bookings, info checks, remote interpretation, online orders before they’re placed.
Full fee backOn-site tasks, once we’ve set off
Errands, in-store purchases, pickups and professional interpretation. We keep 35% of the fee, at least ₩31,000.
Up to 65% backQueueing and companion tasks, once started
Pop-up open-runs and companion interpretation. We keep 50% of the fee, at least ₩70,000.
Up to 50% back
Money you haven’t used for items, food or taxis always comes back. Cancellation fees charged by shops, venues or couriers can’t be refunded.
