Common questions
How do I pay?
You pay once you accept your quote, with the payment link or details we send with it. Prices are in Korean won. For on-site tasks you can also pay in won, in cash.
When do you reply?
Every day from 11:00 to 02:00, Korea time. You can message us any time, and we’ll reply when we’re open.
Can you bring things to my hotel?
Yes. Most hotels ask for a lobby handoff, which is ₩8,000. Tell us the hotel’s name and the name your room is booked under.
Can you book a clinic or buy concert tickets for me?
No. Korean law doesn’t allow us to book or recommend clinics, or to buy tickets for other people. We can go with you and interpret at a clinic you booked yourself, and point you to the official ticket seller.
Can you drive me somewhere?
No. We can’t carry passengers in our own cars. We’ll call a taxi for you, and ride along if you’d like help on arrival.
What if you can’t finish my task?
Online-only tasks are refunded in full. If we’ve already set off, part of the fee is kept. Money you haven’t used for items, food or taxis always comes back.
Read the refund rulesWhat do you do with my details?
We use them only to handle your request. We keep them for one year for support and disputes, then delete them. If a task needs a copy of your passport, we ask first, store it encrypted and delete it when the task is done.
Read the privacy policyWhich languages do you speak?
English, Japanese, Chinese (simplified and traditional), Vietnamese and Thai. We handle the Korean side for you.
